We are excited you have decide to promote this great product, The Perfume Artisan. Please review our terms of service before getting started with your campaigns. These will be what you are agreeing to by promoting our product.

Affiliates are NOT permitted to falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of this product. In any promotion you must make this distinction clear, that you are reviewing this product or promoting it in the way you have chosen that is within these terms of service.

Affiliates are NOT permitted to create products, digital or physical using The Perfume Artisan name. Basically don’t create a product by any means and say it is from us.

Affiliates are NOT permitted to use fake before and after images, however if you or someone you know bought The Perfume Artisan program and used it you can use those images and accounts.

Affiliates are NOT permitted to use negative words for promotions, such as “scam” or “fraud” in any material to be displayed on any format.

Affiliates are NOT permitted to direct link to cart or order forms from any ads or landing pages. The customer must see our offer as presented by us prior to landing on the cart.

Affiliates are NOT permitted to promote The Perfume Artisan on any website or in any material, such as images, video or any written language that has nudity, sexual content, racism of any kind, foul language, gambling or anything that is considered or maybe considered illegal by state or federal law.

All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Perfume Artisan from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms above. The Perfume Artisan shall not be responsible to approve any Affiliate Ads. Compliance is solely with the Affiliate and the Affiliate represents and warrants that it shall have legal review of all Affiliate Ads for all necessary and required compliance. Affiliates take full responsibility for their advertising.

Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will be banned immediately without hesitation, and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
